Angie
There is not a day that passes by that I don't think of you. You are always in my mind and in my heart. I miss you so much. I wish I could have been there for you more. But I'm so glad that we messeged each other on myspace. Myspace, how funny. But there are so many things that I just want to tell you and I wish that I could just hear your voice. Just the other day I went to the format concert, and all I could think about was you. Good times with the format. But I could go on about memories about us. I miss you and I love you.

My dearest Angie. I am so sorry I wasnt there for you like I should have been. Just like you, my mom is fighting cancer, only it took you first. So she takes up most of my time. I miss you so much. There are so many things I want to say to you and now it is too late. Even though we didnt talk a lot when we did talk I felt like we never stopped. Our friendship was so strong. I will always remember the good times like the volleyball games and school dances. I will miss your smile and your positive advice for everything. I know you are in a better place now. Watch over us from above. I will see you on the other side. I love and miss you.

One of my earliest memories of Angela was when we were still at Southwest Elm. and we were riding the bus home. She was a grade younger than me so I hadn't really ever talked to her, I just knew her as "the tall girl." When her stop came up she stood up really quick and hit her head on the A.C. unit that most of the kids just walked right under, I'll never forget it because when she did she said "Oww!" in the smallest high-pitched voice you can imagine. But that was her, she was probably one of the tallest girls I knew but so soft and sweet at the same time. Everyone loved her and you felt comfort in her presence. When my husband called me the morning that she had passed I had been asleep but awoke shocked and saddened by the news. I began to cry; shaken by the grief of who we had lost, but then I turned to look at my son who was still asleep beside me, and it was at that moment that he smiled. I felt so much warmth and comfort then and I still can't help but think about that saying that when a baby smiles it's because and Angel(a) has passed by...I love you Angela, you'll always be our Angel

The last time I saw Angie, she was a shy and quiet 7-year old girl, but when she smiled and laughed her true personality shined through. I was shocked and saddened to hear about her passing. To the Gastelum family, and all the other people that loved her, my thoughts and prayers go out to you. And just know that Angie's spirit and passion can live on through each of us in the way we live our lives and the way we treat other people.

When I think of Agela, I see a warm smile, hear a giggle, and look of adoration when she looked at Felix, my grandson. I thank her for her strenght and love she shared with all of us. She will be missed by all, Our prayers are with you, her family. Even if Felix and Angela were not married she shared a spot in our family that will always be there. Sincerely, Grandpa and Grandma Flores

Angie you have no idea what you did for my lil brother Felix. Your strength and courage you displayed throughout your fight truely encouraged and motivated Felix to get through his struggles in life. I wish I would have gotten you that Christmas gift that we talked about so many times so that you could use it on Felix! :o) Our thoughts and prayers are with the Gastelum Family. Angies suffering has ended and her peaceful journey has begun. If you guys need anything please do not hesitate to call. We loved and miss her too.
