Aurora Cuellar Obituary

Aurora Zepeda Cuellar, 86, of Phoenix, Az, passed away on December 22, 2006. Aurora Zapeda Cuellar born September 3, 1920 in Jalisco, Mexico reunited her husband of 48 years, Jose Antonio Cuellar on December 22, 2006. Aurora and Antonio immigrated to the United States in 1977. Together they operated a Mexican food restaurant "Tonos Mexican Food" in Phoenix for 17 years. Aurora had a passion for life. She was a strong spiritual woman. Its her love of life and her strength that kept her here this long. She was a woman ahead of her time. Her memory will live on through her family. She leaves four daughters Milena Astorga, Ileana Clapp, Circe Giardina, and Isis Valesquez, eleven grandchildren Tabitha LaVoie, Athena Paul, Farah Cuellar, Mark Giardina, Jr., Eileithyiae Barrios, Isis Valesquez, Kirk Giardina, Deni Valezquez, Christopher Giardina, and Dulce and Fernando De Leon, and four great-grandchildren Jaidon Barrios, Tiffany LaVoie, Deacon Giardina and Jaylah Rivera. Visitation will be from 5:30 -8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the A.L. Moore Grimshaw Mortuary located at 710 W. Bethany Home Rd., Phoenix, Az. Funeral Mass will be at 10 A.M. Wednesday at St Francis Xavier Catholic Church located at 4715 N. Central Ave, Phoenix, Az. with Burial following at Green Acres Memorial Park in Scottsdale, Az.
