I had the privilege to know and work for Cecil for many years. He was always a good and kind Employer. He will be missed by all who knew him. May his family be comforted by all their fond memories as they celebrate his life. My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief.
Sincerely,
Perry Ratliff and family

It is with sadness of heart I feel on hearing the news of Cecil's death. He provided his employees at Reliance Truck Co. (RT) with many good years of a better life style than we otherwise might have had. My sympathy goes out to the family

What a privilege it was to know Cecil for the few short years that I did. He had such a good heart and was not only a successful businessman - he was an honest one. He came from the generation where a handshake was all it took. My sympathies to all of his family.
