GOD Blessing in this difficult time
TRACY Y JOHNSTON
August 20, 2020
Charles was one of the first co-workers I met when I joined the Assessor's office in 2010 and he had a big hand in my training. He was an intelligent, passionate and enthusiastic member of our team and always exhibited a great love for his family. He often amazed us with his vast knowledge on a variety of subjects. I hope the great memories you have will help as you heal from this loss.

So sorry for your loss. I worked at the Assessors office with him. He was a very kind man and I especially enjoyed talking to him about gardening.
