Dear Mr. Plumb and Mindy,
I just heard the tragic news about Chris. It saddens me to think of his sweet smile and quiet nature not being among us anymore. I have many fond memories of Kindergarten times with Pat, Mindy and Christopher. May the Lord keep you in your time of loss and may you have comfort in the thought of Pat with her arms lovingly hugging her boy once again! Together they will be watching over both of you from on High. With love and sympathy, Julia Adams Taft Kindergarten Teacher for both Chris and Mindy

To Jerry & Mindy,
I just wanted to tell you how much the story of Christopher touched me.
I did not know him and the notice had caught me simply by chance so for some reason I was supposed to know...I am sending you good thoughts to be with you during this time as our family has been through similar circumstances with the loss of my Son, Andrew in 1998. There is absolutely nothing like the loss of someone so loved.
Peace be with you,
Margaret R Hall

Dear, Jerry and Mindy
I'am so sorry about what has happened. We all love Chris and we will miss him very much. I cannot begin to phantom the pain that ya'll feel. I want to raise my son, Matty; to have a giving heart as did Chris. I know that I want to be more of a giver as I have learned this lesson from Chris. I will think of Chris throughout the days to come; I hope to stop and pause and give my love and compassion to those in need. I will always remember Chris as the "kid" with the BIG HEART I wish I knew the beutiful young man that you have grown to be in the past two years.
I will love you forever and miss you always. We will see you in Heaven, a party there will be full of happiness and joy and finally all our pain can be no more and no more tears! See you later Buddy!
Love,

Jerry and Mindy,
I want to express my deepest sympathy on your loss of Chris. My time with him at Taft was wonderful. He was one of my truly brightest moments in my teaching career. I know he brought you great joy and was your treasure. Let God hold you during this time as you grieve his loss. His life touched many lives, and especially mine.

I want to express my deepest sympathies for you and your family. My son Mike was friends with Chris and he will be deeply missed. He was a wonderful loving person. Take heart in knowing that Chris touched lives in his short time here. He will never be forgotten because he will never really be far from the thoughts and the hearts of the people who were lucky enough to know Chris. Chris is at peace now. Just know that he was truly loved by Mike and his friends. God bless you and keep you strong. Chris will always be with you.

Jerry and Mindy,
We truly are at a loss of words. It is unimaginable to even know what you are going thru and feeling. We love you both so very much and are so very saddend of losing Chris. Our prayers are with you and anything that we can do, ANYTHING..please just give us a call or if you need and ear to listen, please call! There is 1 bit of relief and that is to know that Chris is out of pain now and he is with his mom.
Chris will be missed more that I can express. The love we had for Chris was like the love for one of our own children. Life will not be the same without him. Chris brought so much love to us and had such a special relationship with Tyler that I know that Tyler will be missing something in his heart that can never be replaced. Chris had a heart of gold. And although he was in the pain he was in, when it came to someone else being sad, he was always there for them. Chris we will miss you for the rest of our life on earth and we will see you again in heaven; and when that day comes it will be a day of celebration; because to see you again will fill the void in our heart that we feel now. Chris we loved you with all of our hearts! And Jerry and Mindy, we love you so much and in this time of mourning, please, please call for anything that you need done.
Love,
Wendy and Randy Branham

Dear Jerry & Melinda,
My heart goes out to you both. I hadn't seen Chris since he was about 5,6 or even 7 years old. Just from what Jerry always said about him, he had grown up to be quite the young man. I am so sorry he was taken at such a young age. But now he is at peace & in the arms of his mom. God Bless You both & know that we here at Mesa Schools Ops will always be there for you. Whether you need someone to talk to, need someone to help with the dishes, or to help clean your house, we're just a phone call away. Your both are in my prayers.

It's hard to see an angel die, all we are left here to do is cry. We're left here with so much sorrow, He should have been promised another tomorrow. Why did he have to show up at heavens gate? Why take him now, couldn't God wait? Life feels so empty without him here, I wish I could see him, I wish he were near.He can never be replaced, I hope he'll know, but he was so young, why did he have to go? He left his family and many great friends, I guess that is what happens when heaven sends. He belongs to God, I knew from the start, even he knew one day he would part. But who could have known he would leave so fast? But he is gone now, he has passed. The laughs we shared are with me forever, I won't forget you, I can promise you....NEVER! (I found this and it explained the way I am feeling so I just wanted to share with you How much he is loved.)

Into Paradise May The Angels Lead You...
I did not know Chris but he did attend my school, and many people expressed their emotion over the loss of him. I heard from numerous people about a boy who loved and was hurt and was very dear to them. I am only sorry I never got a chance to meet him and I wish his fate was differnt. Chris Plumb will be remembered and many of Us from Skyline High School prays that he finally Rests In Peace.
