The other day I was going through an old box of photos and found some cards Memes had sent me years ago. My eyes swelled with tears as I read them. You always kept in contact, always remembered our birthdays and holidays :) I love and miss you so much Memes!

My deepest sympathies for your loss. May God's Word strengthen you during this difficult time. For he will deliver the poor one crying for help, also the afflicted one and whoever has no helper. He will feel sorry for the lowly one and the poor one, And the souls of the poor ones he will save. Psalms 72:12, 13

Mommy, you are with our Lord, Jesus Christ, never to feel pain or sorrow again. Yours has been a life well lived. Raising 3 children alone, helping to raise 10 grandchildren always with loving care. You are now reunited with your parents, brothers and sisters and son who have been waiting with open arms to welcome you to the kingdom of Heaven. There you will continue to watch over you loving family till we reunite with you again. You loved big band music, telling stories of the good old days, reading, sewing, embroidery and most importantly spending time with you family. I love and miss you, but know you are in a better place and look forward to the day we will reunite in heaven. Love always and forever, your youngest child, Linda

We love you Meme's Love Victoria, Xavier, and Jaydali

Today is my grandmother Meme's wake and funeral; I will always love and miss you !!! I remember how excited you used to get to see all of your grandchildren especially when we were little babies, it used to give you such pleasure to hug, hold and kiss all of us. I remember how you used to smell like beautiful perfume and clean laundry. I remember how you never forgot a birthday of ours and you would always mail us a card and at the end of every card you would write " Love you Meme's XOXO " no matter how many grandchildren you had you always took the time to spend quality time with each and everyone of us. I still have the cards you mailed me for my birthday. When I look back at all the wonderful little moments we spent together I will always cherish them forever. Love Kassie XOXO
