Coy,
I enjoyed 2 associations with Coy in the LPGA Turquoise Circle & the Crisis Nursery. He was a enthusiastic volunteer leader who gave his heart in addition to time, talent & treasure. Hi spirit will remain with all whose lives he touched.

My sincere condolences to Coy's family and friends on his sudden passing. My first meeting with Coy involved introducing him to the organization as he was considering joining the Crisis Nursery Board. As only Coy could do, he quickly turned my interview of him into an interview of me! For many years Coy has been an astute, responsible board member - always willing to ask the hard questions. We will miss him.

Coy Dale Was like my 3rd son, After his Mom and Dad moved back to Indiana from Thousand Oaks. Ca ,Coy made his home with us. I took care of him and bossed him around like I did my own 2. I really never had to do much of that as he was always obedient and loved his uncle and I a great deal. My two boys always felt like he was a older and big bro.
He'd call me from Arizona when he was coming over, and order Potatoes soup for dinner , or meet him at La lo's (Mexican Food) in Moorpark ca.
All of our birthday trips to Vegas together, his , mine, and Claudes. One time he staked me to 20 dollars on the Let them ride table and I hit a spade flush!!!!!!!!!! What fun we had , but the winner always bought dinner.
Ill miss his E -mails and phone calls and some how at almost 83, your kids are not supposed to go first.
Where ever him and his Uncle Claude are, I picture them on a Golf course or at a Crap table to gether.
Ill miss him at our family reunions at the cabin in Perry co. Aunt Deene--

Coy was an engaged member of the Crisis Nursery Board and its Resourse Development Committee. Until his recent illness he contributed thoughtful ideas and plans at every meeting. His contribution to the organization will be missed.

I am in shock. I received an email to call a friend today. What a way to find out.

Coy was a wonderful friend and mentor. We met while both working at Metrocenter Mall and served on the Mall Merchant's Association together. I learned a lot from this gentleman about business, but nothing compared to how much he taught me about life.

Coy had a sharp wit and was always in "teacher" mode. We argued a lot, but always in a fun, good-natured manner. I enjoyed the verbal sparring that went on between us and looked forward to our conversations as a result.

He was a role model and a great friend. What a wonderful man. I miss him dearly.

To Coy's family,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. It was an honor to serve with Coy on the Board of Directors of Crisis Nursery. He always brought thoughtful ideas and challenged us to achieve the very best possible results for the children and fakmilies we serve. We will miss him and will remember him fondly.

Coy was a Board Member at Crisis Nursery and I had the privilege of working closely with him on the Finance Committee. He was always of good humor, truly supportive of our work with children and served the organization with honor and integrity. He will be sorely missed.

I have known Coy for many years and served with him on the Crisis Nursery Board. Coy was a fine man who loved his children and granddaughter; he spoke of them often. His strong convictions and sense of humor made him my treasured friend. I will miss him greatly. Please accept my condolences.
