Harriet- You probably don't remeber me, but I worked as an assistant for Curt some years ago- I met you in that hot little studio in Detroit. I just googled him and found out about his passing now - I just wanted to say I'm so sorry.

I am deeply saddened by the loss of Curt Granthen, and my condolences go out to Harriet and Curt's entire family. Curt always was our agency's first and only choice for a photographer and I will miss the energy and joy he brought to each and every project he worked on. I will always remain inspired by Curt's work ethic, and how he and Harriet always made you feel at home in their studio. Heaven must look even more amazing now that Curt is taking pictures of it! We will miss you!

Curt is a major reason that I have enjoyed Hunting and Trialing with my Bird Dogs. I will remember him as a friend and Pointing Dog enthusiast.

I am so sadden to hear of Curt's passing. He was a True Sportsman and touched my life in so many positive ways.
I have lived a better life because he had been a part of it and I will always cherish the memories of the adventures we had shared together.
