I was stationed with Danny at RAF Upper Heyford back in the late 70s. He lived in the room next door to mine in the barracks for nearly two years. I have thought often of him. He was a hard working guy and enjoyed his time in England. My sympathies to the family.

I worked with "Dan the file man" at Adam's Bros Interiors and Caninets for many years. Was always smiling, his coffee always near, and even visited him at his home...I think he had enough of his trademark hats hung neatly on the wall for at least a different one every day for at least a month. He was genuine, positive, easy to talk to and work with. Gone too soon.

We at Sternberg & Singer, will miss Dan. No job was too big or too small. He always had a great attitude and a smile. Whenever he was asked How are you?, he would always answer Oh pretty good for a ________!! He would then fill in the blank with whatever day of the week it was. Dan's cheerfulness was so contagious. He will be dearly missed by all here at the office!
