Daniel Vogl Obituary
(10-24-62) of Gilbert, AZ, passed peacefully on June 29, 2016, after a long battle with Inclusion Body Myositis. He is survived by his wife, Lisa (Williams) Vogl, his daughter, Brittany Tayler Vogl, of Scottsdale, AZ, his son, Kevin Daniel Vogl of Chandler AZ, and 3 step-children, Breanna Miller, Garrett Miller, and Dillon Miller. Dan was preceded in death by his parents Carl and Elanore Vogl, and is survived by his 9 brothers and sisters and their spouses: Marli (Phil) Wendel, Marcia (Dan) Drennan, Lynn Vogl, Terri (Mike) Boyle, Christine Jarzeboski, Doug (Lupe) Vogl, Craig (Kim) Vogl and Lisa (Roger) Silberhorn; and 51 nieces and nephews. Dan was raised in Toledo, OH and attended the University of Toledo. He moved to AZ 28 years ago, where he had a successful sales career in office supplies and medical equipment. He was a very devoted and loving father and enjoyed playing golf and softball. Dan loved watching sports, in particular horse racing and Michigan football. He attended over 20 Kentucky Derbies with his lifelong friends. Memorial services will be held on July 7th at 4pm at the Tempe location of Sun Valley Community Church (6101 S. River Dr. Tempe 85283).

To all of Dans beautiful family , I feel so Blessed to have had such a caring and loving Son-In-law . He was one of the most giving men I have ever had the privilege to know . He was always thinking of others and he will be missed by many . May you all feel God's Comfort and Presence and know that Dan is no longer struggling in his worn out body but has been given a new one for all eternity . God is good and His Love endures forever . We are all better for having Dan in our life . Hugs to all .
