I am so blessed to have had you as my Pappaw. You always made me feel so loved and special. You amazed me with your unconditional love of the family and your unwavering faith in the Lord. I will never forget walking into your house and always being swept up into your arms as we two stepped across the living room or our road trip to Tuba City, Az singing along with Patsy Cline. We kept playing , Just A Closer Walk To Thee. I will never be able to hear Patsy sing without thinking about you. Thank you for all the memories and for your love. I love you and will see you again.

Ernie was one of the funniest people I have ever met! His sense of humor was intoxicating. God bless his family, may the good Lord offer you comfort and support. Mary and Kim, you two are amazing! I thank God you were there for Ernie and each other. I will end with this ...When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. I love you!

I lost my grandpa last Sunday. He was truly an amazing man he cherish the lord and was a family man. He was happily married for 58 years to my grandma had three amazing children. And 7 amazing great grand childen. He loved me more then words can say he wasn't a grandpa to me ,he was my dad, anyone could tell you how special are connection was. I got to say goodbye a couple days before he got his wings to heaven. He couldn't talk or barely stay awake more then 15 min. a day. The night I gave my final goodbye before I headed back home. He woke up for that few min. He saw me and still showed a smile. I told him I loved him it wasn't goodbye forever just for now. He saw the tears in my eyes and the humbleness in my voice. Without words and only the look in eachothers eyes, he was saying babyGirl you will be OK and I'll always protect you.

You taught me many things, how to fish, how to dance, how to cook and how to love unconditionally. But the greatest gift you gave me was teaching me about our sweet savior, Jesus.
Thank you for loving me and for being the best Daddy ever. I will miss you till the day I die. I love you so much, love Annie.
