Fern Quinn Obituary

Fern Audrey Quinn, aged 77, of Glendale, Arizona, passed - away on September 13, 2003. She was born and raised in South Hadley Falls, Massachusetts and attended Mount Holyoke College. She married Air Force pilot John Tiejan Quinn (deceased in 1960) and went on to a career with the Veteran's Administration from where she retired as an Adjudicator. Fern is survived by her six children, Michael Quinn, Patricia Hayes, Daniel Quinn, Kathleen Larson, Richard Quinn, and Timothy Quinn; as well as her nine grandchildren, Matt Flood, Toni Quinn, Quinn Larson, Michelle Quinn, Jon Quinn, Kurt Larson, Alex Quinn, Shawn Quinn, and Meilin Quinn. In addition, she is survived by two sisters, Ruth Mazurowski, and Ann Root and two brothers, Wayne Marcotte and Donald Marcotte. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, September 17, at 6:00 p.m., at
Best Funeral Services, 9380 West Peoria Avenue, Peoria, Arizona. She will be laid to rest with her husband at Arlington National Cemetery.

I met Fern at the naturally women spa back in 1999 she was a friendly and sweet lady.We and some of the ladies would go to lunch after the "water aerobics"and she would drive me home. God will keep her in the palm of his hand. My sympathies to the family.
