Frank was my Uncle, role model, and one of my best friends. I miss him with all my heart and can't help but feel that there's a void in my life since he left us. He was always there, always, didn't matter for what, silly or important, he was there. I love him so much, and only hope I can honor him by remembering the things he helped me learn.

Dear Crea Family, we knew Frank thru his father Pat. We wish to express our deepest sympathies. Many years ago, Pat and Frank did the plumbing in our new home. Frank was just 14 yrs old. He also worked w my sister Rita Mathis at Boswell. Sam's mom, Isabelle Pullano Deschaaf, passed away yesterday. It is truly sad to have our loved ones taken from us and our love and prayers are with you. God bless your wonderful family. I was moved by the remembrances of him. A fabulous man.

I am so thankful that I met Frank. He was a very special man. I loved being on call with him because the ortho docs wouldn't freak out when I showed up if Frank was there!! He was good at his work and good as a person. I never saw him without a smile. He made a difference in the lives of co-workers, friends, family and patients. What better tribute to a man than to say, "Frank, you made a difference in the world and you were loved." I'm smiling because I knew him-not because he is gone.

One of my favorite pics from my wedding day...dancing with my brother-in-law, Frank Crea. He always made sure a good time was had by all. I ADORE him!

Dear Heather and family,
So many are sharing in your grief and loss of this special person. I want you to know how many lives he impacted. It was he that opened the door that started our CS tech to OR tech program. So many families have had better lives because their bread winner had this career opportunity. He always gave support and love to others. May he rest easy in the arms of our Father, he did a great job in his time on earth.

Frank was such a very caring person. I knew him in the 80's when he dated my sister and we had so much fun. When my sister and him broke up we didn't see each other again and just a few years ago we reconnected on facebook and we were supposed to meet up last year when we moved back to Phoenix but it just didn't happen. Never expected to hear that he passed away. My condolences goes out to his family & friends he will definitely be missed.

I first met Frank when I was his papergirl. We became good friends and on many mornings he would meet me to get his moms paper. I would always tease him that he smelled like fruit loops. We became very good friends and even though we went to different high schools, he was always there with a smile and hugs. We saw each other a few times over the years and we always seemed to busy to reconnect. About a year ago, we finally reconnected. He told me about his beautiful wife and family and how he was so happy. He has always been a good friend, always smiling and making your day just that much better. Heather you will always have an amazing angel. To the rest of the family my deepest sympathies as I know he will be missed. Frank may you rest in peace and keep smiling till we meet again.......

I was fortunate enough to work with Frank in the OR at Boswell very early in my career. I was a young surgeon with little experience and a lot to learn, which didn't seem to matter much in his room. Frank helped me get through many challenging days and nights with what seemed like ease for him. He was always eager to help and always enjoyable to be around, no matter the situation. I attribute much of my success to time spent with him. Thank you Frank, you will surely be missed and always remembered.

If you look toward heaven there is another star for us to see. When I think of you I will always remember Boswell, you were a big part of that operating room and will be missed dearly. Wishing your family peace and healing and to remember all the good things and times you made possible.

I'll always remember "testing" day prior to the beginning of first grade. That was for placement. I recall this bundle of energy who took all the attention, and it would be that way from then on until our days at Holiday Park were done. It was Frank Crea. Always at the teachers side so he wouldn't take center stage. We thought we was a class clown only, not realizing he was bored and so bright he was way ahead of us! In Italian, "Crea" means to create. He sure did, so many memories! I met his mom once, she was very sweet, same kind eyes as Frank. We grew up in the same neighborhood and I hadn't seen him again until Facebook. That smile. My heart and prayers go out to his family, and his wife who was especially blessed to have had a best friend and husband all in one. That is truly rare and a gift from God. He will be missed.

Frank and I first met 45 years ago in first grade. We immediately hit it off, sparking my very first "crush". I have the greatest memories of him all throughout our school years. He could always cheer up anyone. We lost touch after high school, and both had our own families. I thank God now that our paths did cross again a few months ago after 30 some years. We had lunch and caught up as much as we could. He mostly spoke of his lovely wife Heather and all of his kids and grandkids. They were absolutely they loves of his life, and I am so glad that he had them. I am so so sorry for your loss. I know there are no words that anyone could say that would ease your pain at this point, but you are in my prayers. Frank was a good kid and a great man. It will take everyone quite some time to get over that kind of loss.
