Frank Janowiak Obituary
Frank Janowiak, 62, of Glendale passed away May 8, 2010. He is survived by his father, Wyndelin Janowiak; three daughters, Diane Palucha, Lucy Janowiak and Margaret Gumowski. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Gabriella Palucha, Savanna Gumowski and Zakary Gumowski; and the mother of his three girls, Jane Janowiak. A viewing will held on Wednesday, May 12th at Heritage Funeral Chapel, 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd. Peoria, AZ from 4-9pm with a Vigil at 8:30pm. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, May 13th at 10:00am at Our Lady of Czestochowa, 2828 W. Country Gables Dr. Phoenix, AZ with burial to follow at Sunwest Cemetery in El Mirage.
