Frank Rollinger Obituary

Rollinger, Frank A.
57, passed away 5-11-2014, in a Phoenix hospital. Frank was born in Phoenix, Arizona, on 3-10-1957. After graduating from Carl Hayden high school, Frank started his career at Lou Grubb Chevrolet painting cars. He then went on to the Chrysler Corporation and worked (at his dream job) as a test car driver for 30 years. Frank enjoyed driving fast, traveling, going to the movies, loved animals and spending time with his family and friends. He had a mischievous sense of humor and would razz everyone! He will be remembered as a loving step-father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. We will hold his memory close to our hearts and treasure him forever. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Edwin and Mary Rollinger and brother, James Rollinger. He is survived by brothers Victor Rollinger of California, Edwin Rollinger and John Rollinger, sisters. Margo Smith and Gerri Guzman of Arizona, his step daughter Selena Peep; granddaughter Candi Martinez; and God-daughters Marissa Rollinger and Jessica Guzman, and numerous aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces and extended family. Services will be held Friday, May 23, 2014, 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Avenidas Funeral Chapel, 522 East Western Avenue, Avondale, AZ 85323 - 623-925-1525. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to ASPCA at www.aspca.org or The Arizona Humane Society at www.azhumane.org.

Frankie, You will be missed a lot. You were always so kind to my Sisters and I. I will remember, all the Ice Cream you had brought to the Chrysler Picnics LOL. Thank You for always being like an Uncle to us "Lavin Girls". My Sincere Condolences to the Family. You are all in our Thoughts and Prayers.

We are going to miss you uncle Frank. I'm glad that at least for a short time I had the opportunity to live in Arizona, go to Sedona with you and have you drop in on me at my place in Prescott. You did like to razz me, but I never doubted the love in your heart. Sending love to the rest of the Family.
