I went to high school in Germany with Geoff. Reconnected in 2005 for bit. It is so sad for me to hear about his passing now, and so much more even now at this later date for his son and wife. My heartfelt sympathies to you. He was a good and funny guy. Had a dog named Beauregard, loved music, a good time and friends. May God bless those of you he has left behind, and may his memory remain as sweet as the man he became.

Laurie, You may not remember me from my years in AZ, but I just wanted to express my sympathy. He was much too young. My family's thoughts are with you.

Geoff was a friend and a wonderful person whom I always admired. Although I hadn't seen him or Laurie in recent times, I thought of them often and now mourn the passing of a kind and gentle man who always had a smile and a smart-aleck remark to make the day better. Good-bye, Geoff, I will miss you.

I lived in the unit below Geoff in Bitburg, bought a Fender from him which I still have. I've tried to locate him since 71. Sad to hear of his passing. He was the 1st fellow musician I met at Bitburg.

Please forgive this late condolence. I am a fellow military-brat from Geoff's Bitburg, Germany days and have just heard this sad news. Please know that his Baron Buds from Bitburg High School, those who played in bands and worked side by side with him are truly saddened to hear of your great loss. Geoff lived life well. My very deepest sympathy to you as you go through these difficult days. God bless!

Oh Geoff. Thinking of you makes me smile. When I'd work with out of town production companies I'd tell them, BOOK GEOFF NOW. He was my lifeline on the set, and he quietly mentored me in my early days at Cramer. Hugs to you Geoff, and Laurie, much love to you. Linda Hart

We love you, Geoff. You will be missed. You have touched so many lives and have made those lives so much richer for sharing your love, your humor, and making us all laugh a little bit more. We are so thankful we were able to spend time with you during the week of your final days. God Bless. Love - Pam and Stepan

My condolences to Goeff's family. I will never forget the times we shared working in the film industry of the early 90's, very fun. Your healthy perspective on our "work" and how you treated everyone on a set with respect and humor, is a lesson I will never forget. Rest in peace.

Funny, I didn't know hardly any of his fascinating life. He was always more interested in listening, than talking about himself. Rare indeed.

The last time I worked with Geoff was the Ozzy Osborne/Black Sabbath concert at what was then, Bank One Ballbark. I remember how thrilled he was to be there that night and how shocked I was that Geoff was such a fan. He was such a multi-dimensional guy...so smart, kind, friendly, interesting and supportive. One of my favorite people to have on a crew. I considered him a friend during those years together and am so sad to learn of his passing. My sincerest condolences to Geoff's family.
