Aye, Jorge... I'm so very sorry to not have seen you these past several years. Your stories captivated me. Thank you and Rosie for your hospitality. Any time we would visit it was a joyous time. Too many times we forget our old friends. I know you are busy now (entertaining others in a different location). You will be missed! Con Carino de parte de, XXXOOO Irma y Casie Payan

We never had the honor of meeting Mr. Bitar. However, we were instantly awestruck by Mr. Bitar's photograph. His grandson Max looks so much like him. After reading Mr. Bitar's obituary, we completely agree that Mr. Bitar's spirit does indeed live on in his grandchildren!
We are so very sorry for your loss.

George was a dear friend and a wonderful man. I truely enjoyed his humor, is kindness and carefree, confortable loving personality. He was the kind of person who left a lasting, joyious impression on those who knew him. He loved his country as only a brave soldier can. I am forever greatful for the 11 years we worked and sometimes partied together. George was a fine chilli farmer and made the best ceviche I ever tasted. Rest in the Lord amigo, I'll always remember you and my God bless your familia.
