Jacqueline DeForest Obituary
72, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on February 6, 2016. Jackie was born July 30, 1943 In Cleveland, OH to the late Stephen and Josephine Taday. Jackie began working at Mountain Bell as a telephone operator and retired as a Central Office Manger. Jackie is survived by two children; Randy and wife Nora, Darin and wife Abel. She is also survived by her brother Stephen and wife Theresa, and three grandchildren.
