I've known Freddie since I was a just little kid (I'm 56 now). I've never met a kinder, more generous, person. In my teens he would help me keep my cars running - in fact, he taught me how to use a matchbook to set the gap on the points in my '62 Impala. Heck, even through my 20s, 30's and 40's I would find him whenever I had a car problem that was really stumping me - and he always came up with the right solution! More importantly, he never failed to ask how everyone in my family was doing - Dad, Mom, and both of my brothers. Always. If anyone is looking for an example of what it is to be a good man - strong enough to tame the demon yet gentle enough to put a big smile on a little kid's face - they need look no farther than Freddie.

My Dad was a wonderful father. Very loving, gentle, sincere, honest, giving, caring, compassionate, fair, a great listener, and the list goes on and on! I miss him terribly. I miss his great smile! His eyes would sparkle when that beautiful smile covered his face! I know that when it is my time to rise to heaven, he will be right there to welcome me home! And then, again, we will continue our father to son relationship for eternity in a place that knows no evil, but just love and peace and happiness! Dad, if you can read this, know that I love you with all my heart, and thank you for being my loving father! May the Lord bless you, keep you, and give you peace!

I have so many memories of Reilly, that I could write a book. I cherished his letters when I was in Vietnam. I gave him my combat boots when I got home. I miss you friend. You could have been a Marine, Semper Fi, Phillip (Racer)

My deepest sympathies for your loss. May God's Word strengthen you during this difficult time. For he will deliver the poor one crying for help, also the afflicted one and whoever has no helper. He will feel sorry for the lowly one and the poor one, And the souls of the poor ones he will save. Psalms 72:12, 13 Trisha Phoenix,AZ

Every time I saw Jim he would have a warm welcoming smile and a twinkle in his eyes. He was a genuinely happy and positive man. He was one of those people who truly cared about others and we were blessed to have known him for the time he was here. I am looking forward to seeing him again when I join him in our heavenly home.

Dear Family and Friends of Fred Reilly,
I didn't know Fred but I do know the light in Kelley's face when she talks about her Uncle and how he was there for her. She loved that he was there for her graduation, family parties, helped out with cars and walked her down the aisle for her wedding. What a wonderful man and uncle. Fred and family you are in my thoughts and prayers.
