My memories of my brother Jeff date all the way back to the 50´s. We were a mere 15 months apart in age. He and I spent weeks at our grandparents, helping pick berries in the small garden in Independence Hill. Jeff had that same happy kind smile back then and only did it change was when he met the love of his life Jane and had three amazing, beautiful, loving children. His smile was even bigger than and his eyes even greener. My brother cared so deeply for everyone blessed enough to know him. His approach In life was the same with every person he ever met. He always listened, nodded his head in agreement and proceeded to find solutions. I miss him tremendously and I am so blessed to have endless memories of days gone by. Jeff worked hard, was outstanding in his career and always wanted to help. At the end of the day he couldn´t wait to get home to his beautiful wife and children. He was excited what Jane had cooking in the crockpot. No matter what I was cooking his response was always the same. " Jane makes that and she is a GREAT cook. And he would say it with that same grin he had his entire life. My brother I will forever keep those memories close to my heart. You are truly missed by all.

Jeff, our hearts are truly broken with your passing . You were such a wonderful , caring , loving man , that would literally give you the " shirt off your back " . You lent a helping hand to anyone that would ask you for help , no matter what was going on in your life or how bad you may have been suffering. You were always there for others . Heaven really did receive another Angel on January 8th! I love you big brother ! RIP

To Jeff and your family,
We will never forget working with you. You came to work with a smile on your face every day, and when asked how you were doing, you'd have a big smile on your face and say "Same as always."
You were always prepared for anything, whether it was repairing the plumbing or having a meeting with the president of the company - a clean, pressed shirt on hand if the job got dirty.
You were an inspiration with your happy outlook on life and you will never be forgotten. Thank you for making an impact on our lives.
A light went out in the world. You will be missed by so many.

I worked with Jeff for many years in the 90's .. we all know Jeff's sense of humor and wit, his skills in construction, etc. I believe Jeff's best quality was his demeanor in any situation, I cannot remember a time when Jeff raised his voice in anger or frustration. I often think of him when I start to go off the deep end, I strive to be more like him. What a great example he set for those around him. You will be missed Jeff. Bless your family.

Jane and Family,
We were blessed to have your family as neighbors. Jeff was always friendly and had time for a chat and to lend a helping hand. Never too busy to stop what he was doing. He will be missed. Sorry for you loss and know that we are here for you if you need us.

Dearest JD, your kindness as a youngster grounded my uneven being, the daily spark in you offered me a path in my confusion, quiet in my heart you have remained a pillar in my flashback of Cholla and Moon Valley.Thanking you now in death seems foolish and mundane, I am truly sorry I failed to utter my gratefulness during the daylight.I hope your children and soon to be grandchild, take forth your energy for all to know and embrace. I am sorry I forgot to thank you, truly.Stretch

A great guy now rests, but what a legacy he left behind for all who knew him to enjoy. Love, loyalty, laughter, integrity and memories that surpass all time. Jeff touched many lives while living; least of all mine. Any man that vacuums when his "feathers get ruffled", is one great guy in my book! He made me laugh 'til I cried...Love to all, Peg Thomas-Peters
