On June 6, 2016 at age 91 Jerri earned her wings and flew to heaven to be reunited with her husband of 67 years Eddie. She leaves behind her family to honor and celebrate her life. Daughter Sandi and her loving companion Ed. Daughter Debra and husband Brian. Her special angel Dawn who cared for both of her grandparents when they couldn't care for themselves. Her other much loved grandchildren Randi and Brett, Josh and Kerri and Ben and Jennifer. Great grandchildren Kyle, Rio and Remi. Along with adopted family and friends to numerous to mention. Jerri proudly served in the Woman's Air Corps during WWII and since the war ended just as she graduated her overseas training she proudly proclaimed that the enemy surrendered because they knew that she was coming. Her interests were many including supporting the Jewish war veterans and all service members, the Red Hat society and always the director of fun and laughter. If there is a Mahjong game In heaven save a place for our mom. A service will be held at Bueler mortuary. 14 Hulet dr Chander at 11:30 on 6/9 with a graveside service at the National Memorial Cemetery at 1:30. In lieu of flowers Jerri would have loved donations to the JWV Copperstate Post 619 POB 13113 Chandler AZ 85248 or the Hospice of the Valley.
