Survivors, parents, Robert S. and Viola Ballance, Atchison, KS; son, Jaden Baugh-Ballance, Phoenix, AZ; brother, Robert S. (Sharleen) Ballance, Jr., Glendale, AZ; sister, Alicia M. Dear Bob, and Viola, I am so sorry that Jay has left us. Please know that I will never be able to express how much of an impact he had on this earth to all that was blessed to know him. Just know that I loved him very much..he was my best friend, and I loved him like a brother. He always told me he considered me his "fam" There is not enough words to convey how heartbroken I am..and my heart also breaks for your family too.
