John Wenstrup Obituary
John J. "Jack" Wenstrup, Age 85, WWII U.S. Army veteran, a one-year resident of Lisle, IL, formerly of South Euclid, OH and Naperville, IL from 1976-2007, died Friday, December 5, 2008 at Edward Hospital in Naperville. He was born January 1, 1923 in Cincinnati, OH. Loving husband of Marguerite (nee Sperber) Wenstrup, whom he married July 6, 1946, beloved father of Kathleen (Robert) Fife, John, Jr. (Paula) Wenstrup, Robert (Claudia) Wenstrup, Michael Wenstrup and Janeen (the late Martin) Kooi, adored grandfather of twelve, cherished great-grandfather of eight, dear brother of Leo, Jr. (Jane) Wenstrup, Ruth (the late Joseph) Allen and Lois (the late John) Vetter, fond uncle of many. Visitation Sunday, 3:00-7:00 P.M. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home, 44 S. Mill St, Naperville, IL. Services will begin Monday, 9:45 A.M. from the funeral home and will proceed to a 10:30 A.M. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 1500 Brookdale Rd., Naperville. Interment: Naperville Cemetery, Naperville. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Vincent DePaul Society or Chicago Hearing Society. For info. (630) 355-0213.

My condolences to the Wenstrup family. I remember you all growing up, as I was your Dad's secretary for many, many years at Goodrich-Gulf.
