Joe was a great guy! I first met him while walking along the canal bank, between 48th st. & 56th st., over ten years ago. He was also the first person who I would speak with during my early morning walks. I was amazed at his strength of character to get up every morning to walk with his dog Riley whether it rained or not. He became my standard for living a healthy life! I"ll miss Joe and Riley every time, I take my early morning walks. God bless you Joe.
