Kathryn Kuhlman Obituary

Kuhlman, Kathryn Frances
65, of Phoenix, AZ passed away peacefully at home on August 14, 2011. She was born in Seattle, WA on June 2, 1946 to Harold and Frances Kuhlman. She was a beautiful person both inside and out and was loved by so many. She deeply touched those who knew her and their lives will be forever changed for knowing her. She is survived by her sisters, Roberta and Beth Kuhlman of Yakima, sister Barbara Van Wagnen of Stanwood, WA, a brother James Kuhlman of Seattle, WA, two nieces, Mary and Christina Van Wagnen of Stanwood, WA and a nephew, Andrew Van Wagnen of Edmonds, WA and one great niece. I am still in shock! I have fond memories of Kath and her dogs out by Beth and Irene's pool, those were the good old days. Live each day like it is your last, cherish every moment you get they are precious. My thoughts and prayers are with Beth, Berta, Barb and Jim and everyone else who was blessed with having Kath in their life. She will be missed. But remembered fondly!!

I have not seen Kathy in years, but when we were young, we all spent alot of time together and I always thought Kathy had a kind soul.
She will be missed by all of us here in Yakima.

During my 8 years at TOCA Kathy would always stop and take the time to talk to me, and she always, always had a kind word for me, I never saw her mad, or upset about any of the medical challenges she faced, she will be missed.
God bless her soul, and god bless her family at this diffuclt time.

Kathy was amazing! She is going to be missed by so many people who knew and cared about her. I have never known anyone as resilient as Kathy. I was always amazed at how positive she was in spite of the many health challenges she faced. I never once heard her complain about any of it and she was a realist. She made the best real life Maxine ever - really showed her sense of humor. All my thoughts to her family at this time - you should know she made a real positive impact on alot of lives here in Phoenix. She will be missed.

I was always amazed by Kathy's strength. No matter what she was enduring medically- which must have been absolutely exhausting- she never complained. Kathy's quick, dry wit kept me going on some of the toughest days at work. I'm so sad that she's no longer with us. I know she is still loved deeply, by myself and many, and will be missed forever.

Kathy was one of the strongest people I have ever known. She had a wicked sense of humor and I loved her. She will live forever in my heart. I hope that the knowledge that she was loved by so many will ease the pain for the family. You are all in my thoughts at this time.
