Newton, Kevin Robert
passed away June 23, 2010 in Chandler at the age of 47. It was too soon. He was born January 10, 1963 in Boise Idaho. Kevin loved his family, the outdoors, 4-wheeling and archery. He enjoyed his job at Porter Brothers Construction and was proud of the work he did while there. He had recently learned how to ride horses and enjoyed his weekly ride with his friend in Queen Creek and missed them when he was at home in Montana. He is survived by his adoring wife Marne', 4 beautiful children, Timbre Mariah 18, Robert Forest 14, Willow Aurora 9, Kanyon Dawson 7, parents Fred and Irene Newton of SLC, UT, sister Yvette Christensen and family of Utah, his brother Ken and wife Jan and their children, Zach, Jason and Karina of Arizona who were so very helpful and loving through this part of his life. Services will be held for Kevin at 10:00 AM on Monday, June 28 at the Grove 3rd Ward Building of the LDS Church, 6345 S. Lindsay Rd. Chandler, 85249 with visitation 1 hour prior at 9:00 AM. Kevin will be buried in Hamilton, Montana. The family requests donations be placed in an account for the children's college funds and family needs at any Desert Schools Federal Credit Union under the Kevin Newton Memorial Fund. Thank you. Some days are so hard, tears just flow but to know I have him for Eternity helps, having the comforter helps greatly. Talk about your Sweetie and share stories and thoughts. My children still talk about him as if he was in the room with us, he may not be physically but spiritually we know he is.

Thanks for your letter. It was really dark and stormy yesterday around 8pm. I was busy in the kitchen, and didn't bother to look for rainbows because of the light. But the Spirit prompted me to look out the windows anyway. I was surprised to see a rainbow over your house again, only this time it was brighter AND this time there were TWO of them, in a double arc. What a second witness! We tried to get pictures - only one of them turned out.

Dear Fred and Irene, I remember Kevin, Kenny and Yvette as the active little kids I used to babysit. Our neighborhood was a special place to grow up and many of us still keep track of one another. The friendships created were life long. You are part of a special group of friends which includes, Max and Jean Munk (my parents).
