I met Marcy about 12 years ago through a mutual friend Josepha. We used to get together and listen to music, party and listen to Marcy play her dulcimer. I lost contact with her for a few years. About 1 year ago we bumped into each other at a friends going away party. Not long after I got a phone call from her in regards to needing a roommate. Not long after we moved in together as friends which lasted about 1 week at which time I moved from the back house "the cabin" into the "big house" as Marcy's boyfriend. I have too many wonderful memories of Marcy and Vayden to list. Movie nights, Disneyland, Horse Ranch trip we took for Valentines Day, Xmas, and many dinner partys with her family and our friends. Marcy and Vayden live with me everyday.
I cannot begin to tell you how much Marcy and Vayden changed me for the better. I miss them so much! Something we all can do to honor them is to go after our dreams no matter how wild they may be and to not be afraid to be ourselves and to accept our neighbors for who thay are and love them!! Marcy and I used to dream about many things together and I always felt we would make them come true!! She was and is one of the best friends I have ever had. Thank you Marcy and Vayden for your love and friendship. I will love you forever!!!! Christopher.

Marcy and I met within the first few days of us being high school freshman. Our first conversation was based on the benefits of Jim Morrison. I loved her ever since.
Marcy was the friend that dared you to take chances, laughed with you about your mistakes, and loved you, no matter what, in between. Marcy (and Bruce) were raising Vayden to have the same kind spirit and love for life.
Marcy always reminded me that life is about the "precious moments", and we are all blessed to have shared some with both her and Vayden.

Marcy will always be "the mouse" to me. She has been in and out of my life for the last 25 years and I feel blessed and honored to have known her. She was wise beyond her years, and always had good advice on how to proceed through this sometimes challenging, but exciting, world. Marcy grabbed life with both hands and was a role model for being true to oneself. I will always remember the last time I saw her, it was a very bad day in my life, and she had a way of making everything be all right...I thank her for this. Marcy and Vayden will be missed by so many people, they touched such a variety of lives.
My heart goes out to everyone touched by their deaths.
Tracy..the years go by and the distance grows farther, how sad. Just know that I love you, I miss you and I wish I could make all your pain go away.
Peg and Art..I love you both. Mom, you were always there for me growing up and know that I am always here for you. I am so sorry.
Julie, Shari, Christine, Cheryl, Bridgett, Jimmy and all of the families..my thoughts and prayers are with you all as are my family's.
Remember to always strive to be on the right side of goodness.
Thank you Marcy and Vayden.
Love always, Nancy

Marcy & Vayden are now jumping on the planets.... that's what Vayden's best friend Avery told us a few days after the accident. Avery and Vayden became friends at Khalsa School and we could never keep them apart!! Vayden and Avery would spend the night at each others house at least every other weekend. Vayden became our son too, we loved him just as much as our own boys. A few days before the accident I was talking to Marcy and she needed us to help out with Vayden, we told her if we could keep him we would!! We loved Vayden sooo much and will be missing him always! And Marcy was one cool chick, every time she would walk though the school to drop off Vayden you could see eyes wondering right to Marcy, and moms gettin a little jealous. She was a beautiful, independant, original, person, I'm glad I got to be her friend and can't wait to jump on planets with Marcy & Vayden!! Love Forever, Todd, Ginae, Avery, & Atticus:)

Dear Marcy
I will start by saying that I am honored to have such fond memories of such a wonderful person.
My first memory of you is in your Mom's belly floating around our pool...she was wearing a big pink night shirt trying to keep herself cool on a very hot day.
Then you were born...and my Mom and Dad were blessed to be your Godparents...they loved you so much. I learned to refer to you as "Mousy" instead of Marcy.
My sister and I were so happy to see you this past January when we went to visit our parents and your Mom and Dad.
I will never forget that beautiful smile and that warm and caring personality that you carried with you. Anyone who was lucky enough to have you in their lives..weather it was in passing or life-long....they are truly blessed.
I know that you will smile down on those that you love always.
You and Vayden are both in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Sandi

Marcy and I grew up together in the heart of the Rochester. I've known her so long, I'm not sure even how we met. I've watched her grow into a teenager, a young woman and her best role as a Mother. Marcy was my dearest friend and soul sister. I will miss our almost daily long distance phone calls...as will the rest of her close circle of friends back in the northeast. I'd like to say thank you to those of you in AZ for being her great family of friends. Although, we ("the girls from Rochester") did not get a chance to meet all of you, please know you too are in our hearts and prayers. Thank you for making Vayden and Marcy so happy in AZ.
God Bless and Peace

Marcy, I met you on the day you were born, I was the first one your Dad called that day. How proud I was to be selected as your Godmother. All who knew you enjoyed your cute ways, your laughing face, and your bright spirit. Watching you grow into a young woman, and then a mom. How proud you were of your beautiful little boy, Vayden, and what a great mom you were. The last time I saw you was at Vayden's birthday party in March. We had a wonderful time, celebrating Vayden's birthday, enjoying each others company. I am so grateful that I was there for his birthday.
Everyone will miss you and Vayden terribly, but will always remember the joy you brought to everyone who knew you.
Goodbye, angels, keep watch over us. We love you.

This is so, so sad and we have all lost two sweet Angels.
My father and his best of friends Peter and Art (and others) would take their families every year to the great Adirondacks Tupper Lake for the cherishing experiences and now memories of singing around the campfire, seeing bears at the dump, riding down the falls of the bog river, and viewing the breathe-taking views of either Mount Whiteface or Marcy.
As beautiful a view the mountain Marcy holds, nothing I am sure compares to Marcy Lynn and her handsome loving child Vayden Zoe. I am so weak in writing words here in comparising to try to express why God has reasons for such painful acts, yet in all of our minds there is a rebirth and bright shinning light that comes from both the memories and the love that will always exist.
In the wake of such a loss, we are frightened by things that we don't & may never understand. As well the peace we seek might not come from the answers that we come to learn. So we look for comfort in the belief of love's everlasting connection. That love will lift you, it will hold you close, and it will give you peace.
God Bless Marcy and Vayden Zoe in everlasting heaven.
Please ensure that we are all here for you: Jim, Christine, Shari, Julie, Cheryl, Bridgett, Tracy, all the spouses, Art & Peggy, Bruce, Steve and Betty. I hope you all find some solace in our words.
With Love,
Mark and The "Hewitt Hut" - Bill and Irene, Beverly and Jim, David, Scott, Todd, Dan, Corey, and our spouses and kids.

My family and I have known Marcy and Vayden through Montessori Center School and also at Khalsa Montessori. My little boy Sammy was friends with Vayden while they attended both schools. We are so shocked and heartbroken over the loss of two such special people. Vayden was a precious little boy - smart and adorable. Marcy was beautiful, so friendly and sweet. I will miss her smile. We often spoke of our plans for our boys and were so happy to have them together at Khalsa. Marcy was a wonderful mother. We also met Bruce with Vayden at a Halloween party and saw what a great dad he was. Please know you have been in our thoughts and prayers this past week - you will remain there. Vayden and Marcy will always be in our hearts. Please accept our love and condolences.

I and my best friend Tim had the privilege of meeting Marcy through my daughter, Erin Adams. She visited us on holidays and happy parties. We both adored her and her magical smile. She was an angel on earth who exuded kindness and creativity. She was a devoted mother and although we never had the opportunity to meet Vayden, we knew he had to be an amazing child. Marcy is still an angel, this time with wings and we can only hope that she and Vayden will watch over us as she did in life.

Marcy taught me so much. She was not only a very close friend, but also so much like a big sister to me. She had the strongest head on her shoulders and wasnt about to take anything from anybody. She was so loving and wise. She taught me to always be who you were and not let anyone tell you differently. Vayden was such a happy little boy. I remember on Halloween, he ran up to me and said, "Hi! I'm a pirate." They both made me smile and will continue to make me smile with all the happy memories I have of them.

My prayers are with all of you. Though I am Marcy's cousin, I never really got to know her or her son Vayden. We live on oppossite ends of the country and never stayed in touch. However, reading the previous entries in this guest book reassure me that I am the one who really missed out. You both will always be in my heart.

I wanted to express my deepest sympathy to the family, on the loss of Marcy and Vayden. I met Bruce a few years ago when my nephew Brandon was taking drum lessons. I had the pleasure of meeting Vayden at a concert and thought what a sweet little boy and those dimples! God Bless!

I met Vayden and Marcy at Montessori Center school. Nelle and Vayden were classmates. I was a teacher at MCS and was fortunate to have gotten to know Vayden and Marcy over the years he was there.
Marcy was the kind of mom we all strive to be. Her life was dedicated to Vayden and providing the best for him. Of course this dedication shown through Vayden who was a happy, truly loving little boy! His little voice and sweet smile will never be forgotten. Marcy's amazing energy and love for life was an inspiration to everyone she came in contact with. My heart aches for the loss of two such wonderful people!
Marcy and I were so excited to have our children at Khalsa together. We worked hard to make sure they would continue at a great school. Monday at registration Nelle was so excited that Vayden would be with her on the elementary campus...she was searching the play ground for her friend. I didn't find out about the accident until Tuesday. Its been a shock for everyone.
I feel so blessed to have known Marcy and Vayden. Their spirit will live on in all of us.
My thoughts are with Bruce, Art and Peggy and to everyone else who were touched by Marcy and Vayden.
Blessings

It is rare to meet people that immediately impact you in a special way, but both Marcy and Vayden had that gift. Our family was fortunate enough to know them through Khalsa School. Vayden and our son Cameron became friends almost immediately. Vayden was a sweet, loving boy filled with a love of life rare for his youth. It's no surprise he had such energy given Marcy's same beautiful qualities. We truly miss them, but consider ourselves blessed for having had our hearts touched by their lives. We will always have a piece of Vayden and Marcy in our hearts.

I just wanted to share how much I love Marcy and Vayden. I met Marcy in 2001 at GMAC Real Estate where we both worked. Her smile was beautiful and full of life. Her and I clicked right away and started a friendship. I soon after met Vayden and just loved him, he was a mini Marcy. Marcy was a wonderful mother and Vayden was her life. I had the opportunity to go places with them and sometimes baby sit Vayden. Fortunately I have many memories and photos of them both, but they will be missed and this has to be one of the hardest things I have ever gone through. My love to their family and friends.
