91, of Peoria, AZ passed away on January 19, 2010. Mary Jane was born in Pueblo, CO on June 29, 1918 and was the third of four children, three sisters and one brother, Wilma, Helen and Bob, all have preceded her in death. She was married to James Knott for 56 years before his passing in July 2004. Jane taught first grade in Casper for over 20 years and was very fond of her students. The memories of her teaching years always provided her with great comfort. She was known for her great sense of humor and always enjoyed a good debate. She loved to be around people and people loved to be around her. She leaves behind one son James Knott Jr and his wife Tracy of Casper and daughter Jeanette Finch and her husband Mike of Peoria. She is also survived by and was extremely proud of her five grandchildren, Nikki and Ryan Gamboa, Todd, Stephanie and Hannah Finch. She made the world a better place and will be missed by us all. There are no services planned at this time. Contributions can be made to Hospice of the Valley.
