It´s been 5 years since you left us. It´s been 50 years since you were my band teacher at Greenway. You and your father were such an inspiration and joy in my life. The band practice and competitions turned out to be such inspirational moments that molded my life and the lives of my 3 kids.
I am so sad I didn´t reach out sooner to tell you while you were still here.
Mr Hall I loved you and want you to know how much you meant to me. I still see you in front of us with your wand and your smiles when we got it right and your encouragement when we got it wrong. Thanks for everything. Also I still tell the Siberian Peach Pie joke in your honor.

Mr. Hall, you were the BEST teacher I had. Shadow Mountain Marching band and competitions in San Diego 1984 are the best memories I have of High School, and it was all because of you!! You will be greatly missed by many. Prayers to your wife and family in these sad times.
