31 of Peoria, AZ born May 14, 1977, passed away March 15, 2009. He is survived by wife Imelda Acosta; son's Michael and Isaiah; daughter Celeste; parents Tim and Cecilia Roberts; grandma Jessie Acosta; brothers John and Mike Acosta; sisters Sylvia Deary, Melissa Erives, Jessica Tapia, Christina Acosta, Debbie Roberts, Stephanie Roberts, Chelsi Roberts and countless nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Funeral Services will be Saturday March 21, 2009 at 10:00 A.M. at Green Acres Glendale Mortuary located at 5830 W. Missouri in Glendale, Arizona. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5-8 P.M. at the mortuary. Burial will be at Resthaven Park Cemetery in Glendale Arizona. Your memory is our keepsake, with that we'll never part, God has you in his keeping and we have you in our heart. We love you Nick.

Dear Imelda ... Manuel and I just learned of Nick's passing. We are so very sorry that we did not learn of this sooner. Our hearts, prayers, and thoughts go out to you and your family. We still live at the same house and I have the same cell number, please call if you need ANYTHING!!

Dear Imelda, We do not have the words to tell you how saddened and shocked we were when we learned that Nick had passed away. What a terrible loss. He was a great guy, devoted to his beautiful family, smart and funny. We know he will be deeply missed.
