Patsy Kline Obituary
59, of Surprise, AZ passed away on April 23, 2011 at Banner Boswell Hospital. Born August 1, 1951 to Doyle and Anna Fern Johnston in Memphis, Tennessee and moved to Syracuse, New York in her early teens with her family. Patsy is also survived by her husband William Kline and loving mother to son-(grandson) Johnathon and three daughters Tonya Ball, Karrie Bouissey (Toby), Nicole Wilkins (Heath) 2 brothers Jim (Elizabeth) and Ron. 3 sisters Phyllis Buda (Sal), Robin Propheter and Jackie. Several grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Always putting family and friends first, Patsy was very dedicated and loving to all. Accomplishing many things she was a volunteer firefighter and EMT with Elbridge Fire Department. A Teamster member with Local 1149 serving as a Union Steward and Board Member. She headed the medical department on the 2nd shift for Budweiser. Patsy liked to party, dance and ride her Harley Davidson. Forever in our hearts may you rest in peace.

It's been 12 yrs since you left us, but it still feels like you left yesterday. I miss your phone calls so much. You have given me many signs of your presence & I want to thank you for those. I think of you every single day. I'm so thankful you were there for dad when he passed. It made me feel better knowing you and he are together in heaven. Take care of him for me and know that I miss and love you so much.

Dear Pat,
As I sat here thinking of this Thanksgiving Holiday I thought,"What do I have to be thankful for, my sister is gone." But after some deep contemplation (and I'm sure a little guilt from you!) I really started thinking about what I DO have to be thankful for. First, I'm thankful for having had you in my life as my sister. I'm thankful for the wonderful memories, for the bond we had, for your friendship and your love. I think most importantly, I'm thankful that you are out of your pain and you are free.I'm thankful you gave me a wonderful brother-in-law, my neices, grandneices and grandnephews. They're all a part of you that will continue on.
I still miss you so very much, Pat. You know I talk to you EVERY day and I know that your spirit is with me and someday I will see you again, and like I saw you in my dream the other night, you will be beautiful, as you always were!

Pat, your party went off great!!! We all know that you were there because of the picture you are in with dad. Thanks for the wonderful picture!! That is the most memorable part. The rain was your tears because you were so happy. You had balloons going off from one state to the other. Yep, John and Bill were doing it too. HAPPY BIRTHDAY PAT!!
The nights get a little easier because now I KNOW your are here with me. I talk to you all the time now. I am so glad that God blessed me with such a wonderful sister. They say "sisters are forever" I know that now. Thanks for showing me too what wonderful sisters I have here with me, Jackie and Phyllis. You have brought out a bond between us that we never knew we had. Again Pat, your always taking care of someone else. Thanks for opening my eyes to what I truly have with ALL my sisters.

Happy Birthday!!!! You know,I thought you and I would be two old ladies comparing aches and pains, complaining about hearing loss, gray hair, bad eyesight, etc. at least until we were well into our 80's, but it wasn't meant to be. You were taken from us too soon. Since you can't be here for your birthday, we're having a birthday party for you tomorrow with cake and ice cream, and we're letting 60 balloons go up just for you. I still can't believe that you're gone, I must say that to myself a dozen times a day! You were more than just my sister, you were my friend,you were my best friend. You are in my heart always. Dear Bill and Johnathan, Uncle Mike and I are so sorry to hear of the loss of our Patsy. Uncle Mike used to call her his "little dago", she looked so Italian. She was so sweet as a little girl, always smiling and happy. You both will always be in our prayers. We will miss her.

Uncle Bill and Aunt Patsy~
I have always remembered my trip with my father (Jimmy) to NY to see Grandpa for his surgery just before going into the Air Force. I met Uncle Bill for the first time and was amazed at how he treated Aunt Patsy. He called her 'love' and what I left there with was a tatoo, curtesy of Uncle Bill :-), respect for this man covered in tatoos who so sweetly addressed my Aunt, a saying from Aunt Patsy, "Tatoos are like having kids. You forget the pain you went through and have another one," and a clearer understanding of a loving relationship. I grew up in a loving, respectful household and learned so many things from my parents, but this instance added to them as well. I have strived to maintain this type of loving relationship in my own marriage. Thank you Aunt Patsy and Uncle Bill for showing the world your love for each other.

Patsy, I remember the summers that yall came south. Wanda and I couldn't wait to see yall. We would begged uncle Doyle to let you and Phyl stay with us and go to school here.He always said no.
Back then we couldn't understand why.Now that I am a mother and grand mother,I understand that we were asking for to much. I will always remember the great summers we had.
Mother has taken this very hard, the one confort we have is knowing that Daddy was there waiting on you.Keep him company until Wanda and I get there.

I am so sorry for the loss of your mother, she loved you guys so much and was so very proud of you. In our talks she always bragged about how "her girls could take care of themselves". She did a great job of raising you, she traveled a hard road, she might have faltered along the way, but she always had you guys as her first priority and put herself second. I'm so sorry that you won't get to really know what a wonderful gramma you had. She would tell Aunt Phyllis all the time how her arms ached to hold you and hug you. She loved it when Jocelyn would say to her, "Sing to me Gamma Kine". She loved you so much and I'm so sorry you will never be able to sing with her again, or fly a kite with her, or pick flowers, or throw a ball with her, but please know that she loved you with all her heart and she's with you in spirit.

I remember Patsy from when I first started working at the brewery. She was warm, likable, and was pleasant to be with. Her dedication and perseverance helped her be an excellent steward and EMT. She was well liked and will be missed by one and all.

Pat, even though we only talked in conversation. I have to thank you for accepting me into your sister's life. you were a very special person. I hear that through your family, they love you and miss you very much. I realize God has special plans for you. You were an earth angel and now i beleive you are on a much bigger assignement. You always had a way to make things look differently in our conversations. Many times we talked and your kind words, encouragement and concern for things in my life were always positive and helpful. You always showed me something that I might be overlooking in certain situations in my life. I will miss those times of conversation. I am blessed that your pain is no longer a burden to you and that you can rest in peace. God has made a wonderful you and we are blessed to have had a time to have you in our lives. Bill was right. A million dollar smile. You also are a million dollar person. You ALWAYS gave from your heart, wanting nothing in return. You brought so much happiness to everyone around you. I always looked up to you. I was blessed and honored to say "That's my sister". I know God needs you up there to continue what you did down here. Pat I truly, truly do miss you. The nights that I could call you at 2 in the morning and you would say "It's only Robin she can't sleep." Thanks so much for the memories and the time you gave me. I will cherish them forever.
