Cindy, I couldn't help thinking during the wonderful service you had for Phil, how few of those attending had had the pleasure of knowing as long and as well as I have. I sang(not in church)with him, I've skied the big burn at Snowmass, sailed off the CA coast, glided over the Sierra Estrallia
Mountains and I've bin in the OR with him both as a patient and as a surgeon, and enjoyed every minute. 45 years goes by pretty fast when you're having that much fun. He will be greatly missed by many of us who were privileged to know him so well, so long. He wasn't perfect but he didn't sit around and wait to see what "life" thru his way. He took life by the hors and did it his way. His friends will be saying kinds word of him for a long time to come. I wish the best for you. Sincerely, Dr Dick Daley
