I just found out- could not figure out why he didn't call me back for an appointment. I had seen him since I was 13 (now in my 30's) and am so very saddened by this. My heart goes out to his family! Thank you for all your help doc- you are missed!

I am very sadden by Robert's passing. Two weeks after hearing of the accident, i am still in deep shock and it will take a long time for me to move on. I visited him every Thursday for almost 5 years, and i miss talking to him weekly and i miss the inside jokes we had.. I will miss his realistic approach to life, and his passion of helping people. When i told him about getting up at 5:00 for cross country at school, he said "Why would you get up that early? The world starts at 7:30 AM". I will always remember that quote, it makes me laugh every time i think about it. We miss you, Robert.

I have known Sharon since graduate school, and was so happy that she and Robert found each other, and then had and raised a beautiful daughter. Robert's integrity, humor, insight, even his "Killer" ability at the card game hearts, will be sorely missed. He was a wonderful person in every way. - Joy, Michael, Jason and Kiki Scott-Sheets, Los Angeles, CA

Words cannot express the sadness that I feel. Even though I just met with him a few times, Dr. Goldsworthy's words of wisdom changed my family forever. My children know that when they go to time out, they are in trouble; I know that I am honoring Dr. Goldsworthy at the same time. You did not die in vain my friend...you have left a legacy for many.

WWGD? A funny yet true question that I got used to asking myself when faced with one of life's many obstacles.

I don't know what else to put - I still can't believe you won't be there, in your chair, telling me things I didn't always want to hear. I'm hoping soon that I'll stop expecting you to be there on Monday afternoons - I'll keep trying.

An amazing therapist and the smartest guy I've ever met, Robert gave me a model I could use to make changes and to solve problems I could not see on my own. I am and will always be grateful for his help. I already miss him!
