Bro,
First, today (2/23) is your birthday and I don't have the words to adequately say how much I miss you!!! I've written other posts but idk where they are, cuz they aren't here, ... I must've cussed or something?!?
Anyway, you were an incredible brother to your three sisters and the best uncle my sons could have. We all love and miss you very much!!!
Wherever you may be, I hope the sun beats down upon your face and stars fill your dreams~~~ You are OUR traveler of both time and space and you will forever be in our hearts!!!
Happy Birthday Ron - I Love You, ~tammi

So sorry to hear of Ron's passing. What a great guy he was. Saw a lot of him when he was young, he and my son Lance are the same age and they also formed a bond together. May your hearts mend as you go through this agonizing time of grieving. Love to all in the family.

We've known Ron for many years and he will be missed. We remember when he started using the phrase "Cheese and Rice" with all the emphasis of swear words. When I asked him about it, he said he didn't think the big guy upstairs was all that keen on Ron using his name in vain. Cheese and Rice, we miss you Ron.

You will be forever remembered and missed Ron. The stories I could share wow all that we have been through, they are endless. It's been 45 years starting out on 64th Ave some crazy fun childhood memories indeed memories that will last my lifetime for sure. I am struggling with this for sure, only thing that keeps me going is the fact that I know one day I will see you again my brother. My thoughts and prayers to the family, I know how hard this must be for you. If there is anything I can do please just ask. RIP my brother Rest In Peace... Love Ya Man...

There is not enough space here to write up the thousands of memories I have with Ron! It sure was a fun youth on 64th with our crew! One of my most vivid memories on 64th was our bike jumping. We would set up a ramp and pick up speed clear back from old hwy #52 and hit that thing at full speed! No one could beat Ron! I believe he held the street record, we would gather up all the neighbors trash cans , I think it was 12-15 for his record, he would have some brutal crashes and would have to go inside and get patched up but he'd be right back out and at it!! One other time myself and the neighbor , Keith Peterson, were out shooting his Daisey red rider BB gun ( you know like the single pump one made famous by Ralphie in The Christmas Story ) Ron was riding his bike up and down the street and we got into a heated debate over the strength of the ole red rider! Ron insisted that that gun couldn't hurt him if we hit him from the top of the driveway to the street , I'd say about a distance of about 40-50ft, he became so angry ( surprise surprise ) that he insisted that we shoot him to prove his point!! Oh well if you insist. He makes his way past Peterson's driveway on his trusty trash can jumper with his left arm up over his face to protect his eyes ( I can so still vividly see him riding one handed holding up that arm ) exposing his whole side torso. Can't quite recall if it was me or Keith with the shot but it was a beauty! A bullseye right in the side mid section ! It looked like he had a front tire blow out because with the one handed hold the bike went side to side rapidly and down went Ron!! He immediately jumped to his feet and grabbed his side hootin and hollering for the next 30 seconds , it left a pretty nice welt! Lol! Good times!! So if I had to guess what was going on up there with Ron I'd have to say it involves a bike and a old wooden ramp. RIP my friend!!
