Shane Williams Obituary
2006. A student of both Apollo and Maya High Schools, Shane is survived by his parents Marta P. Willimas and James R. Williams, III; his sister Celia Williams, all of Glendale. He also leaves behind a family of aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents and friends that will carry memories of him as precious treasures. A talanted artist and a gifted student, Shane will be remembered for his warm infectious smile and his passion for life. There is nowhere Shane could go and not find a friend or make a new one. All those who loved Shane are invited to remember and celebrate his life Monday, December 18, 2006 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Heritage Funeral Chapel 6830 W Thunderbird Rd. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday December 19, 2006 at 10:00 AM at St. Thomas More Parish 6180 W Utopia Rd. Glendale. Shane Angel Williams, you will be missed! "The world is suddenly a poorer place, and Heaven that much richer."

Shane, we had such good times with you and some bad times too but we always had fun all of us. Our family will never be the same now that you are not here but we feel so privledged to have been a little part of your life. We all love you very much and will never forget you. Shane....wow... you're really gone, and part of me still doesn't want to believe the truth. Ever since I can remember, you were there...I would get invited along with my sister to parties n end up with all the real little kids when I wanted to be with everyone else. And somehow someway you would always find me downstairs or outside and make me laugh or feel like one of the older "cool" kids at the party. Ever since I was like four you've been there to cheer me up, give me a hug, say hi, smile... I don't think I realized just how much of an impact you made on my life, especially on the bad days and how those hugs were worth more than anything money can ever buy. I shall always miss you but i know you're still here and you always will be.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.
Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."
It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."
God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.
When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.
I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.
There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.
If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.
So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.
And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Hey shane, Me and my mom were looking at your pictures and my mom was saying how you were the one who always had the biggest smile, You were always heard when you laughed, I think thats what made everyone remember you by, well thats how I remember you Shane, Always having a smile on your face, Even when I was down or unhappy you would make the situation that much better.

You were always there when i would go over to Sebies. Yuo were either playing basketball or jumping on the trampoline with me and Sebie. Shane you will be forever missed. Hey there baby brother. It is so hard to sleep at night when I don't hear your voice or music. I am sorry for all the times I would yell at you to turn down the music because I had to work the next day because I would give anything for that happen tonight.
Just know that I love you very very much and I always will. Shane, your friends are amazing they have been here everyday and have helped mom so much.

I was coming home monday evening when i got a call saying that Shane was gone. I didnt believe it, but i broke down non the less. It's still hard to imagine that one of the best people has been called home and is no longer here with us. I know that he is in a much better place and I'm happy for him. But at the same time, I cant help but miss him dearly. All the memories I have of Shane have come back to me these past few days, and nothing but a smile has come upon my face at each one. Shane was an extremely awesome person and I will miss him greatly. Shane along with his Family are in my thougths and Prayers. I'll miss you Buddy! Love you always!
