Steve Faller Obituary

Faller, Steve Frank
82 passed away 6/21/2012. Steve was born in beautiful Budapest, Hungary. He survived the Nazi horrors and the iron fist of communism. During the 1956 Hungarian Revolt, Steve planned his escape, carrying his 2 year old son on a bicycle and pedaled across the Austrian border. The "U.S. ESCAPEE PROGRAM", enabled him to be flown to America where he settled in Ohio. Steve enjoyed reading Zane Grey's books as a child, which gave him a strong desire to move to Arizona where he met Bob Bell in Safford and later married his sister, Zanny. Steve was a master Plumber in Hungary which he continued with the start of a very successful company, A-Accent Plumbing, Inc. He is survived by his 3 sons Steve Jr., Robert, Jim, also 6 grandchildren & 11 great grandchildren. He was a good dancer & enjoyed tennis, soccer, ping pong but, his greatest love was working. He returned to his native country 5 times. Memorial services will begin at 11:00 am on Sunday, July 29th 2012 At the Hungarian Reformed Church, address is: 1822 W. Vogel Ave, Phoenix, AZ. 602-943-2539. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully asks that any donations go to the church at P. O. Box 83625 Phoenix, AZ 85071. The reception will follow with refreshments.
