Sylvia Waters Obituary

Waters, Sylvia Lou
73, of Gold Canyon passed away on June 23, 2014. Sylvia was born in Adairville, Kentucky on April 28, 1941, the daughter of William and Mae Keith. Sylvia worked as an Independent Realtor for 18 years. She married James Waters on November 25, 1987. Together they traveled the world. Sylvia's favorite trip was an African Safari where they visited Kenya, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. Sylvia also enjoyed crafting. Sylvia is survived by her husband of 26 years, Jim Waters; children, Jenifer Wirz (Art), Dean Waters, John Waters (Angela), Karen Farrier (Mark), Colleen Hammond, Jim Waters, Dan Waters (Tiffany), and Katie Roberts (Matt); brother, Bill Clark (Cathy); and 16 grandchildren. Services were previously held. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Sylvia's name to Reflections Hospice, 1840 E. University, Mesa, AZ 85206; Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 1028 E. McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85006; or First Baptist Church, 300 E. Lorena Ave, Wood River, IL 62095. RIP Sylvia. Jim and family we are so sad to hear of Sylvia's passing. We all know that she is at last in peace. What great memories we have of your wedding reception at our home and our separation is only temporary. Love to all of the family.
