Wallace Riggs Obituary
79, of Phoenix passed away on January 17, 2017. He was predeceased by his parents Wallace Roosevelt Riggs and Marian Bricker, sister and brother-in-law Thelma Sue Klomp (Carl), brother-in-law Art Oakes and his wife of many years, Betty. He is survived by his companion and best friend Donna Taylor, sisters Deanna VanMeter (Frank), Carmen Oakes and Cherryl Witt (Tom), his son John (Sue) and his two grandchildren Katie and Matt. Wallace was employed by the United States Postal Service. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. You may pay your respects at Best Funeral Services - 501 East Dunlap Ave on Friday, March 31st from 9:30-11:00.

To the Riggs Family: My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.
