Billy,
I never had the opportunity to meet your son but, even before reading about him here, I had in my mind to say that I am sure he was a great person. Having known you most of my life I have no doubt you were a big and good influence on him as a child and as an adult so he had to be great. My heart goes out to you and your family in your time of grief and I wish you all the best.

I was pleased to have spent time with Billy on a couple of occasions. For the most part, I simply know him by the memories of his Father, Billy Stephen, who dearly loved and enjoyed his son. May all who have memories of Billy share them with one another, but most of all share those memories with his family who will need to hear them during the days and weeks and years ahead.
With sincere sorrow for your loss,
