ANDREW W. WILLIAMS

November 5, 1990 - January 2, 2024

With a broken heart, the parents of Andrew Drew Williams sadly announce the passing of their beloved son on January 2, 2024. Drew came into the world at almost 10 lbs on November 5, 1990, to loving parents, Keith and Judi Williams, joining older siblings Tyson Johns, Tiffany Shaw (Ricky) and David Williams.

Drew was born and raised in Bakersfield and graduated from Frontier High School in 2009. He was an employee of the Kern High School District as a security guard for Ridgeview and Liberty High schools.

Drew is survived by 3 beautiful children, Jaxon (9) and Kaycee (6), whom he shares with Jasmin Dawsey, and Grayson (4), with his loving and devoted partner, Rosy Alfaro, his parents and siblings listed above, grandmother, Helen Williams, 7 nieces, 3 nephews, whom he was so very proud of, and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Drew was preceded in death by his grandparents, Gene and Gloria Nelson and Donald Williams.

A memorial service will be held at Westside Church, 7300 Stockdale Hwy on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at 11:00 am. Reception to follow.

Special thanks to Josh Sarullo, Chris Consentino, Travis Hanes and his many friends and family members who supported Drew and his family during this difficult time, and to the outstanding ICU Nurses at Mercy SW.

Drew, you touched so many people with your smile, laugh and kind heart. You will be loved and missed forever, until we meet again. Go Chargers!

You were an awesome neighbor and wonderful of you to look out for our property when we would go out of town. We know you are in a better place now and even though we are now in Colorado, we promise to always check on your mom and her well being. Sorry this happened to you, but you touched a lot of people, and rest in heaven my friend.

He was a nice security and he always talks me nicely during Passing periods and Lunchtime at school and I'm really sad that we're all going to miss him

My heart hasn´t stopped aching for you Keith & Judy, siblings & his beautiful babies.

When my son told me, I didn´t believe it but soon realized it was true by the breaking sound in his voice All I could do was cry. Seeing this, my tears flow again. I unfortunately know personally, we are not suppose to bury our babies

My son, Daymond Millien, & Drew became friends in middle school, they played on the basketball team together & remained friends throughout the years. I only wish I could get to my computer in storage since I´ve photos of the boys from middle school graduation & basketball games

I´ll always remember Drew with that smile & what a respectful young man you raised.

Myself, Daymond & my daughter, Courtney (also knew him) will never forget Drew & what a good, kind & funny friend he was.

Our hearts, prayers, thoughts & sympathy are with you all during this time. We are so sorry for your tremendous loss

R.I.P. Drew
We will see you on the other side
