I was lucky enough to know Chuck and his family from our church. He was a wonderful man who hid his intelligence and business suave behind a warm smile. I had no idea of his background. I only knew him as a humble, kind, and caring man. My family spent much time at his home or he and his family were at our home.
He is missed.

Chuck gave me more insight into people and the art of negotiation than anyone I have ever known. I can honestly say that he helped me be a better water manager, as the Chief of Water Management, US Army Corps of Engineers, 1995-2005 with his humble, soft-spoken way. And Chuck, the next dinner is on me.

Although we did not know Mr. Williams, my mom, Delores Hambaroff, was acquainted with Rona Williams & we had the blessing of renting the Cambria beach house for 2 weeks several summers n the 80´s. My children were like 7 & 9 and we will never forget the fun we had in that house & we have many pictures as well The view was Beautiful and I always enjoyed that three tiered hanging spider plant . Grandma made biscuits, gravy, bacon & eggs several mornings. We played all kinds of games & the walks to the beach or the pool or collecting rocks with...all very special to remember as many family members are now In Heaven
That house will always be special to us. Thank you for sharing this house with so many. We rejoice in the testimony of your dad´s life & faith & that he is now in The Presence of God Our Savior

We will remember all the terrific years at North Kern Water. Chuck was a outstanding mentor who shared his knowledge of water and life. He was funny, generous, classy and the man you wanted to be seated next to at gatherings.
