Greg was always one of those cousins that I looked forward to seeing at every gathering and I made sure to get a little extra time with. He was a great mentor in life and having him nearby these last few years was great for me and my family. Good tour soldier, dismissed! I look forward to seeing you in the future.

I was so sad to hear of Greg's passing. He was a wonderful guy and will surely be missed. Even though I haven't seen him for many years, he left wonderful memories of a man who knew how to get the most out of life, and deeply loved those around him.

I live in the Midwest and read The Californian a few times a week and I am saddened to read about Greg's passing. My condolances to the family.
