Michael Ryan Helton Oct. 9, 1985 - Nov. 13, 2006 A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 18th, at 4:00 p.m. at Kern River Family Mortuary Chapel, 1900 N. Chester Ave., Oildale for Michael Ryan Helton who passed from this life November 13, 2006. He was preceded by his grandfather, Pete Helton and his great-grandfather, Wally Cross (Grandpa Honey). He leaves behind his father, Michael Helton; mother, Lisa Hughes; sister, Erica Helton; brother, Kameron Wright; grandparents, Nana and Pop, Sam and Jean Hughes; grandparents, Charlene and John Costello; also a large family and many, many friends. Michael attended Standard School and graduated from North High School Class of 2003. Michael is gone from us too soon. He had just found direction in life and was so proud of himself as is his family. We will miss him sorely. Kern River Family Mortuary-Oildale

I can't find the words to tell you how sad I feel about our loss of our Michael. What I can tell you is that in every person's life, there is always a child who comes into this world that has been sent to brighten up your life and the life of others that he surrounds.
