Victor,
its crazy how life is. i would have never imagined you leavin us here so soon. your next to grandma like you have always wanted. i will always remember the great times we had on the soccer field and i know that when i get out there, you will be right next to me through the whole 90 mins cheering me on kickin some butt. i really wish that you would of came to us with anything. my mom is deeply sad with your not being here cus she blames herself for not helpin you out. jorge and me will keep her strong so dont worry about it. i just wonder how come everytime i would write to you, you will always tell me everything was good and you were fine. i wish you would have told me the truth. well, i cant change the past and only live in the present and look forward to the future. i will keep hope for not only myself but also for my family! i love you and so does my mom and jorge. watch over us! ill pray for you.

My little nephew Victor,
I am extremely sorry for not giving you the opportunity to open up and express your feelings to me. I have failed as an older aunt but I hope and pray that you will forgive me. I could only imagine what you were going through and it does not bring me any comfort but I know that you’re now in a better place and that God will protect you so I find that very comforting. I will never forget the beautiful times we spent together as a happy little family. I will never forget the Christmas we shared together as well as other occasions. I will keep you in my heart forever until we meet again. I will miss you very much!! I love you and I will never forget you!
Love Your Tia,

Hey Victor,
Even though I let you go I still care. I didn't know what I had until it was gone. Trust me, you will get plenty of visits from me. I love you deeply.

I am sadden by this very much. I had Victor as a student at AHS and I remember him as a good kid, very respectful. My son remembers playing football with him at Mt. View.
My heart goes out to you. I truly am sorry for your loss. Sometimes things that happen are hard to understand, but as the sun shines on us I will think of it as Victor smiling his beautiful smile in our lives.

My deepest condolensces to you all. I had the priveledge of being Victor's teacher since April of this year. He was a great kid and I will miss him. I remember how proud I was of him when he would come in to class late and all sweaty from running to catch the bus to try and make it on time! I was so proud of him for those efforts that he made even when times were tough! He was such a smart student and we are all deeply saddened here at CLC 34th Street.
Much Love,
Mrs. Swatzell
