Bill was our financial advisor for many years. We will miss Bill a great deal. Over the years we spent wonderful evenings with Bill and Denise in Forestville, Santa Rosa and in Cloverdale. Our thoughts are with his family, Denise, Jesse and Celina

Bill was a man of many gifts. He was always willing to take the time to talk with a friend. His presence was of sheer delight. He had such an infectious smile. He was kind, loving, intelligent and so full of life. I will miss Bill terribly. Blessing to his dear family.

We are saddened by the news of Bill's passing. Bill was our financial consultant and tax advisor....but most of all he and Denise were our dear friends. We will remember fondly the fine wine, paired with cigars and entertaining political discussions....Bill's whimsical smile and great sense of humor. Our hearts go out to his loved ones...Denise, Selena, Jesse, God Bless you!

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Billy. He was my next door neighbor and one of my best friends in Bakersfield. I have many fond memories of Billy and his family. We would play a lot of games together from hide and seek to marco polo in his swimming pool and we would go skate boarding all over the neighborhood. He had a dog that he named Zippy and a cat that he named Boo Boo. Each evening when it would start to get dark his father would call for him to come home. My brother was very good at imitating his fathers voice and he would call him home. Billy would get mad because once he went into the house he could not go back outside. Another incident that Billy was involved in was putting a cherry bomb under a can to see how high the can would go. I will never forget him.

A deep sense of loss is shared by all of us who knew Bill. Although most if us tend to drift off into our own paths and we lose touch as the years pass, Bill was always someone who brought a smile when old friends would cross paths. From all of us who knew Bill from Empire College, School of Law, Class of 1985, we extend our deepest sympathies to his family. We all loved Bill and his indomitable spirit. Bill, may fair winds fill your sails in your new journey. We will miss you.
