Aaron Baer Obituary
Judge Aaron A. Baer, the oldest living judge in the State of MD, died on January 23 just shy of his 103rd birthday. He was married to Judy Baer (Weinberg) for 66 years. He is survived by his daughters Susan Reichmister and Judge Barbara Baer Waxman, two sons "in love" Dr. Jerome Reichmister, Dr Carl Waxman, grandchildren Beth (Bart) Casper, Jodi (Craig) Kessler), great-grandchildren, Nicole and Mitchell Casper, Sloane and Blair Kessler, and nieces and nephews. "He had a great ride" Services at Sol Levinson and Bros. 8900 Reisterstown Road at Mount Wilson Lane on Thursday, January 26 at 1 pm. Interment Hebrew Young Mens Cemetery - 5800 Windsor Mill Road. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be directed to The Jerome P. Reichmister Fund, c/o Sinai Hospital, 2401 W. Belvedere Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21215. In mourning at The Pikesville DoubleTree by Hilton, 1726 Reisterstown Road, Pikesville, MD 21208, following interment with a service Thursday at 7 pm.

I appeared before him in several cases as a defense attorney, and it was easy to conclude that he was a fair, reasonable, detached and knowledgable judge.
