My brother from another mother, you are still missed to this day. I know you are watching down from that wonderful place we all hope to go one day. Im pretty sure theres a few of yall up there already waiting for the rest of us. I can still see you from time to time. And know that you are there way more than that.
Ms. Pat, you would be so proud of me today. I start my Addictions Counseling internship soon (fall 2024). It's time for me to pay forward all the help and love I've had/received on my journey. Hopefully all this pain can be used in a productive, healing way so that others might not have to feel what we have.

Dear Pat and Russ, we all have suffered a loss when we lost Adam. He was a fantastic young man and even though I did not know him well, the few times I was with him I knew he was special. As Carolyn said, he was at home with all us "old" folks and made us feel good just to be around him. We love you and are here for you. Love, Sue

Dearest Russ and Pat, Just wanted you to know and feel our love and prayers coming to you in this incredibly difficult time. Adam was a very bright presence in any company, a special young man who was at ease and made those around him at ease also, regardless of our age differences! He always had a great, big smile and such an upbeat personality...it automatically made you feel good. I know he's touched many lives wherever he's been and mine is no exception. Andy has never known the pleasure of being around Adam, but feels like he has met him by the good things he has heard, and wanted to convey that to you also. Stay grounded in your faith and your wonderful memories and you'll be all right. You have so many friends to help you through all this, so please accept that help. Just lean on the strong shoulder of our Lord and be comforted. With love, Andy and Carolyn

Dear Pat, Russ and Family
There is no way to tell you how sad I am for your loss. Adam had brought great joy to everyone just by knowing him. He will be deeply missed.
I will never forget the warm feeling Adam gave me each time I saw him. He always had a warm hug and kind word with that wonderful smile. The Sundays that I was able to spend with him on our little rides will always be a part of my memories of Adam. How excited he would get when he found something he likes in the shops. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers today and always.
Love you
Jean, David and Michael

I am so very sorry for your loss. I hope you can find comfort in knowing that Adam touched me in a such a way that I was proud to call him family. When I first met him, he greeted me with a hug and acted like we had known each other our whole lives. I have so many fantastic memories from Phish tour with our "family" that wouldn't exist without Adam. I will never forget really getting to know him on the trip to Baltimore after his car broke down. Adam's unconditional love, warm smile, and exceptional kindness made him so very special. I will miss him greatly, and he will always have a special place in my heart.

My greatest sympathies go out to your family. I had the pleasure of knowing Adam for the past 8 years. I met Adam only a few days after he graduated from high school at a Phish concert in New Jersey on June 27, 2008. From that day on he was an integral part of a group of friends so close we consider each other family. Adam had the kindest soul of anyone I have ever met, he would have given you the shirt off of his back if it meant he could help you in even the smallest way. I am so lucky to have had my life blessed by knowing him. His smile, kindness and spirit will remain in my heart forever.

Dear Pat, Russ & Family:
There are no words to express how saddened I am by the news of Adam's untimely death. Adam was always warm and friendly to me and just seeing him automatically made me smile. Adam was a very special young man and I am very thankful that I was able to visit with him during our October vacation.
My prayers are with you now and in the difficult days ahead. I hope you will find comfort in the many fond memories you have of Adam.
Love,
Nancy
