Kotz; cherished father of Lorin Kotz and Megan (Ian) Campbell; beloved brother of Sharon Sprecher and Jeffrey (Kit) Kotz; devoted son of the late Dr. Leonard and Iris Kotz; adored grandfather of Leighton Campbell. Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, at Mount Wilson Lane on Sunday, February 21, at 1 pm. Interment Garrison Forest Cemetery of Chizuk Amuno Cong. Owings Mills. Please omit flowers. Contributions in his memory may be sent to Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital, c/o LifeBridge Health, Department of Development, 2401 W.
