On December 16, 2025, ANNE KATHLEEN MULCAHY DOWER, beloved wife of Charles Michael Dower; devoted mother of Michael Edward, Katherine Eileen, Allison Marie, and Suzanne Virginia; adoring grandmother of two grandchildren. Also survived by many loving family and friends. The family will receive visitors on Monday from 7pm-9pm at HARRY WITZKE'S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, MD 21043. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Tuesday at 11am at the Church of the Resurrection Chapel in Ellicott City, MD followed by interment at St. John's Cemetery in Ellicott City, MD.
