Friends may call at the family owned Duda-Ruck Funeral Home of Dundalk Inc., 7922 Wise Avenue on Tuesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. Mr. Adkins will lie in state at the Calvary Baptist Church, 7321 Manchester Road, Dundalk, MD 21222 on Wednesday 10 to 11A.M. the funeral hour. Interment Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery.
